How can I allow the flash player on the DIV layout? Options

This is the code for the DIV overlay. I would like to add my flash player to the bottom of the About Me section. But everytime I try to do that, it doesn't allow it. I included the flash player code at the bottom in a seperate section. anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!!

I work at Bethany Village in Centerville as a Resident Care Technician (which is basically a fancy way of saying I take care of the basic needs for the residents on my unit.)
