ME AGAIN LOL Umm i saww this reallyy funkyy stylish picture that this girl made she made it on photoshop cs2! i got cs3 but they do the same things just abit dif welll the pics here: http://file043a.bebo.com/12/original/2008/...8081754798o.gif How did she get the things too sparkle and flashh !? You have to make each frame first. Save them as GIFs. Use a GIF animator program such as Jasc Animation Shop or Microsoft GIF Animator (both are free).
