I recommend Jasc Animation shop, it's easier to use and cheaper and it's easy to find a free copy of it.

They also use a line burst background. You can get some line burst brushes here http://dirt2.com/photoshop/brushes/ If you can't open them then go here to ask for image packs http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=147890 I can't find the tutorial on how to make a growing swirl line that was around the girls. I believe it was on Swimchick or Outspoken kate. Go to both sites to search it. |
