mccains debate skills depend on the subject. if it's debating on foreign policy and war and what not then he'll be ok i guess, but we already know he will probably suck it up at an economic debate. the economy is what should be debated imo, i mean don't the polls show that like 60-70% of voters rank the economy as their number one concern?


anyway i agree there is no way he'd miss it. he'll be there tonight. this whole "i've gotta go back and save america" bit has been a disaster imo. he's just looked like a complete idiot. it was URGENT he get back to washington and it took him how long to actually get there? like 24 hours or something? it doesn't take very long to get from new york to washington urgently!


this whole suspension of his campaign has been a joke, nothing has been suspended it doesn't seem like. what a show.

letterman was funny, i don't blame him for being annoyed. the couric interview was more important though because he had to go make up for what a mess palin made during hers.
