Hey
theres this pic i reallyy like but dont knoww how too do it:( Down below is the pic how did she get the white like around her body & how did she cut it out so neatlyy please help because im really rubbish with cutting and really new too photoshop Cs3 I was also wondering how she got that borderr thingy where she wrote her url i think?

For the picture you can find sites that has PNGs that's pictures already cut out for you.
