i wanna know who you could make a border around your whole xanga site like resizing the width and ehight of ur whole xanga not just the size of your weblog entry.....could anyone help me? here's an example of how i wanna make it

With the whole Xanga site being resized, that's called a DIV layer. Look in Xanga Scripts for that. There's also tutorials on it in Webdesign.
