I always be hearin from people at school that their Bf/gf gave them fake jordans or a fake coach bag and they rejected it because it was a knockoff/fake...Would you accept a gift from somebody that was fake?

In the end, it's just the label. Many people who buy name brand bags tend to only do so for the label. If you really cared about staying with trends and the fashion, the bag wouldn't last more than a couple of seasons. True, the quality tends to be a little better but durability can be found in a lot of cheap brands.
I bought a fake Chloe Paddington bag from the Ladies' Market in Hong Kong and I love it. It was 20 dollars and the "leather" is very soft. It's not the best quality but I wanted the look, not the label. I would be happy if a friend got me a knockoff bag. All that matters is that it looks good. I would feel too guilty knowing if they spent hundreds on a real one. If I want the label, I'll get it myself when I have the funds to do so. |
