my girlfriends parents said that they are going to arrest me. so my parents decided that the best thing to do was to send me off to another state. but i dont want to leave her, and i'm going out of my mind. she is all i think of every second of every day. am i just running awawy?

It's not really running away if your parents are sending you away and her parents want to arrest you (in that case, that's absconding). But I don't know how it is in your state, but in mine your case wouldn't count as statutory (also, as you said, your relationship isn't physical). In any case, I would recommend googling your state's stance on statutory relationships, and if your girlfriend's parents insist on having you arrested, make an official complaint with the police and get some legal advice.
