The background is really cute. Great choice of colors, as usual. I don't really like the headers, though. Everything is kinda classy looking and those are very...blah. They look really bad in IE, too. I'd suggest getting rid of the thick borders around them and maybe changing the font. Other than than, it's really good. You could probably do without the extended network banner, but it's not really bad either way.
