I always have a block. And can't think of anything to design.

In addition some mentioned above...
I don't wait for an epiphany or inspiration to hit; I simply start. Mistakes force me to venture off-path, and the effort eventually gives way to progress, and progress, motivation. So, experimentation. I suggest starting out rough and seeing what happens. You can do it.
