Just reading or hearing the word "mooncake" puts a smile on my face, both because mooncakes are delicious and for Betty's reason, the family thing.
It wouldn't be a mooncake with yolk, for sure, but is there any need to have FOUR yolks in a mooncake? Usually they're dripping with oil too. Grosses me out a bit. Give me four sunny side up any day XD. Mooncakes are so good, but so fattening! :( They're "ho lou" even if you just eat a fourth at a time. I haven't eaten any yet, either, Joanne. D: |
