I've always had a very chill, confident, nonchalant personality but I was always a bit concerned with what people thought of me. Now I couldn't care. You can please some people sometimes but never everyone all the time.
Also, looking back, I can't believe how much I've matured in the past few short years. I've learned that the difference between maturity and immaturity is mostly self control. People have this false idea that maturity is acting serious and being "grown up." I don't think this is the case. Maturity is simply knowing when to have fun and when to be serious. There's nothing wrong with acting immature and having fun but you have to know when and when not to be that way. Being so serious all the time is no way to live! That's my two cents. :) |
