Besides looking pixelated, the banner image is just way too big, but I think you can fix that problem by using the image in its original size. The image credit shouldn't be on the banner if you're going to make the font size that large; credit lines should be more subtle/discreet. Besides, you already have a "Credits" link in the last module, although Google is technically not a resource site; it's just a search engine. You should try to find the person who photographed the flower if you can.

The pink of the blog area doesn't match the background or the flower in the banner. It just clashes with everything. Maybe you should use white instead, and have the title header background be a better shade of pink. And since your main font color is currently white, you'd have to change that to something readable. I don't like the yellow border bottom below your blog title.

The module headers are all too plain. Make images for the background, or use a different font, because Verdana usually doesn't look good when it's that big.

The music player shouldn't be below the blog area like that. Make it skinnier and put it in the right-side module. Like Holly said, the textarea is too wide for the module. And you should customize your cbox colors when you can.

Edit: I don't mean any of this offensively, and a lot of it is what others have already said. Don't be discouraged.
