 If you were forced to have plastic surgery before you become famous for singing or acting, what plastic surgeries would you consider? You do know extremely famous people are pretty good looking. Hm. I don't really advocate plastic surgery but since this is a 'what if' scenario, I guess I'd go with a tummy tuck.
