I mean Rita was a joke as in over half of Houston evacuated only to take 15 hours to drive somewhere that takes 2 hours normally. Others drove north to Dallas, took 24 hours, normally 4-5 hours. More people died driving north and west than from the Hurricane. The Hurricane came and did hardly anything at all.
