So I was at Domino's two nights ago waiting to pick up my pizza when I overheard this convo:

Domino's Deliver Guy: "So did you hear McCain picked his new VP. She's a female!"

Cook: Oh yeah? Who is she, Hiliary Clinton?

Domino's Delivery Guy: "Nah, some other woman. She's Republican.

Cook: Oh, Condoleezza Rice?

Pizza Hut Domino's Delivery Guy: Yeah, yeah, that's her!"

Me: ....the hell?? blink.gif

Now I know some people aren't all too interested in following politics closely. But being this misinformed? How do you get Condoleezza and Palin mixed up? Come on now.

How closely do you follow politics?

I don't follow politics, but at least I am informed. I was really surprised when I took Government Junior year in high school and there were so many people that did not understand the way that the government even works, let alone the people who work for the government.
