So I was at Domino's two nights ago waiting to pick up my pizza when I overheard this convo:
Domino's Deliver Guy: "So did you hear McCain picked his new VP. She's a female!" Cook: Oh yeah? Who is she, Hiliary Clinton? Domino's Delivery Guy: "Nah, some other woman. She's Republican. Cook: Oh, Condoleezza Rice? Me: ....the hell??  Now I know some people aren't all too interested in following politics closely. But being this misinformed? How do you get Condoleezza and Palin mixed up? Come on now. How closely do you follow politics? |

How closely do you follow politics? That is INCREDIBLY upsetting. Seeing as I'm at university studying Politics and American Studies, I tend to keep up to date, lol. I want to work in Washington someday. I tend to keep well informed of current affairs in general, as well, not just the political stuff. |
