So I was at Domino's two nights ago waiting to pick up my pizza when I overheard this convo:
Domino's Deliver Guy: "So did you hear McCain picked his new VP. She's a female!" Cook: Oh yeah? Who is she, Hiliary Clinton? Domino's Delivery Guy: "Nah, some other woman. She's Republican. Cook: Oh, Condoleezza Rice? Me: ....the hell??  Now I know some people aren't all too interested in following politics closely. But being this misinformed? How do you get Condoleezza and Palin mixed up? Come on now. How closely do you follow politics? |

I regrettably do not follow American politics like at all... though I do hear more about the politics down south than about Canadian politics. I mean, I just found out recently there's going to be an election here soon. xD
It's really sad. I need to pick up a newspaper and turn on the news more often. |
