do you ever take a nap?
naps make me feel like shit when i wake up. it makes my head feel like it's full of lead and my mouth taste really weird. i'm about to go take one anyway though.

I rarely nap. I don't like to nap mainly because it throws my sleep schedule off & I won't be able to fall asleep at night. If I take a nap, I usually have that "head feels like it's full of lead" thing & like Hillary said, I feel guilty because I could have been doing other things instead of napping. But I heard it's good to take a 20 minute nap everyday.
