do you ever take a nap?
naps make me feel like shit when i wake up. it makes my head feel like it's full of lead and my mouth taste really weird. i'm about to go take one anyway though.

I usually end up sleeping too long if I take a nap and then it messes up what little sleeping pattern I do have. I'm a night owl, so if I am not tired I will probably just not go to bed if I nap. When I was sick, though, I slept a lot during the day and all night thanks to the Oxy.
