Ok,I already figured out that you need a program like photoshop to make layouts and different things.I'm very new to this.Is there a photoshop alternative that i can use that is FREE(because photoshop is EXPENSIVE!)
PLz help,I'm very eager to start making layouts!

Photofiltre.
They have tutorials on here for Photofitlre. Oh and there is also Photoshop Express, or something like that online, and it's free. |
