Hello all who read this.My name is Anthony.I'm very new to this website(just joined today!!)I joined because i saw some layouts here,and i thought they were AMAZING and because i thought id have some really cool ideas for some layouts of my own.but theres just one thing,I HAVE NO CLUE WHERE TO GET STARTED
 !maybe if anyone could show me the ins & outs of this layout making,id be very appreciative!

Hey, welcome to CreateBlog! Don't worry about not knowing where to start... I was like that before too. A very helpful tool is the "View New Posts" up at the top - that should get you started just fine. =]
