hello. Ive tried using a layout and it wont let me post comments or view pictures. I've tried adjusting the code and everything. Can someone help me?

I've tried just inputting the code in the code box and the problem is still there. Its the Cherry Blossom Journal code. I dont if im just not putting the id in the right pace or maybe I have the wrong id. Anyway thing to help would be much appreciated! THANKS!
