yeah that looks like something to be taken with night vision lens.
umm, what you can try is create a new layer, filling it with a color (a similar turqoise-greenish color?), and then set the layer to color. then edit the contrast/brightness. andd umm, you can try a vignetting technique on the photo since it seems like it has that kinda look :o (create a new layer, take the radial gradiant tool w/ black and white, and tool it till the white is in the center and there's a lot of black on the outside, put it on softlight or overlay or whatever fits). err.. hope it helps? |
