I guess I'm new. I'm here to learn about making layouts. That includes html and css. I wish to know how to use photoshop. I'd love to make layouts on here if possible. :)

Thans for all the comments. I don't have photoshop. I sthere a program I can use in place of it. I get html alittle bit. I have no clue about css. What are templates?
