ok, i am going to purchase a tablet soon. i'm just not sure what one i should get. wacom makes good ones i heard, but I want to hear from you guys if you have any experience. what am i going to do with it, mostly digital painting, drawing, sketching, what have you. my price range is basically $500 and below. i was going to buy the bamboofun for my cheapskeetness, but i dunno.

so your looking for an tablet?
i own a bamboo its really nice cause its used for both lefty and right handed people
(im left handed)
and if you use it for photoshop its really cool cause if you lightly draw its light and the harder your press the darker it gets
its literally like drawing on paper

but i know its expensive, mine cost around 300 dollars, but it was a present from my parents cause it was my sweet 16
but i also know that the wacom is really good too

bamboo is made by wacom. it's just their starter tablet. :p
i'm still standing by what i said before. go with the intuos3. i was going to buy it when i worked at best buy a while ago ($50 off with the discount!), but they stopped selling it there before i had the chance. you'll notice a HUGE difference between bamboo & intuos and it's totally worth the extra money.
