I see special offers from NetFlix - like a month free for new members but I don't recall ever seeing offers for long standing, good customers.
I get the marketing aspect of it and yes, I know that I know that most of us who subscribed to NetFlix received a special offer BUT, wouldn't it be nice to get an offer based on good customer history? I don't know. I guess some companies offer it. I'm just ranting sort of. I want another free month. :[ |

maybe you should also call the company and let them know what's going on , that you feel cheated because your a loyal customer .
threating them to leave also gets you deals btw . i do it all the time actually (but it doesn't work with my cell phone provider =[ ) |
