So, I'm attempting to stop biting my nails for the second time. I'm, unfortunately, one of those people who can't stop through sheer will power alone, so I'm using some nasty ass nail polish called No Bite It (I guess, it has "Bite It" with one of those "no" rings around it, so I'm assuming that's what it's called.)
Have you ever broken yourself of a bad habit? Are you like me and need some added outside help? |

I crack my knuckles. It started out as something that I just found amusing, and then turned into a nervous habit. From there it became something I did so often that my fingers actually hurt when I "need" to pop them. Now I do it several times a day, and I've tried several times to stop with no luck.
