I will probably improve the graphics shortly(I just got fireworks and am learning).

I would say seeing from your design that you definately have the style, but just dont know how to make it looks right, I'm thinking your confused about what color combos and fonts to use? along with good image quality? I can see your going to the web 2.0 feel but not bad for a first:]
