So I've just created my new resource myspace: http://www.myspace.com/dzynedotcom
And I just finished the layout and coding(: I love black + lime green. I guess I'm satisfied, despite the fact that I know it probably won't align very well for other people, like my last layout :P Anyway, let me know what you think! |

It's cute, a little busy for my taste, but still cute.
For the alignment, try switching the positioning for your columns from relative to absolute, then change the numbers from there. I'm not 100% sure that it's the problem, but I noticed you used absolute for the div image and relative for the content sections, and the content sections move but the image doesn't. |
