^ omg, getting my wisdom teeth pulled was the single most horrific medical experience of my life. I was SO f**kING SWOLLEN. But only on one side, so I looked like a deformed chipmunk.
Agree with everything Carrie said. Even if you wait it out though, swelling should go down naturally. I alternated between hot and cold packs too, which is what my dentist suggested. Dunno if it actually helped. Took me at least a whole month to get fully healed, and it was only 4 wisdom teeth. |
