what's your favorite food to eat left over?
mine is pizza i think. when i open the fridge and there is left over pizza it makes me 12 times happier. |

^ Pad thai sticks together after while for me.. Not very appetizing.

That's why when you heat it back up in the microwave (assuming you heat it back up) drizzle a little bit of water over it before covering it with a splatter shield (if you don't have one of those, a paper plate, paper towel, or coffee filter will work). It'll cause it to steam up and not stick together as much.
