I finished an hour and a half long work out consisting of squats, leglifts, running the treadmill, trackbike, weights, benchpress, etc. and I felt great. Then I had the sudden urge for those Chilli Cheese Fries at Carl's Jr. I went back to my apartment, and notice a Carl's Jr. coupon on my desk of a free Six Dollar Burger with the purchase of one. So I biked over to Carl's Jr, and bought myself the Chilli Cheese Fries, and got the two Six Dollar Burgers. I also bought a Large Rasberry Ice Tea drink. I went to their site when I got back home, and checked, and it added up to about 2000 calories. LOL. All that workout for nothing huh? Oh wells, I'm skinny as it is. I can eat big once in a while you know!
Have you ever just finished a work out, then later ate ALOT? And oh check out my Fanny Pak support!!! 80's 4 lyfe! ^_^ |

Solid food should be avoided after working out to accommodate biochemical supercompensation.
Also, combining cardio with weight training = fail. |
