Hey
I Noticed this picture on someones createblog picture i asked them how they did it but it wasnt them that done it so they said that there might be someone on here too help me out? This picture down below ? Umm I Use Paintshop pro 9 ,Fireworks MX 2004,Photoscape,& Can download which every program too make it:)?x
