I think you guys seriously need to revert back to the old rule, where "spam" topics are never deleted. I don't even care if it's mass spam, maybe there's a legit topic you might have accidentally deleted in the whole mess. I even remember back when I was a mod, forums like The Lounge once being gloriously painted in red because of the remains of closed mass spam topics, because we had to close each one.

Ok guys, I think we've come to an agreement.
"Spam" need to be closed for at least 24 hours before it can be deleted. Write in the Moderator Guidelines, the lawbooks, the constitution, go go go! |
