Profile help needed, Need a code that'll move my page to the left Options

As you can see I'm in the process of doing my own layout, but i've run into a snag:

Moving page content to the left.

I'm sure there's a simple code to do this, but i haven't found it. Could anyone help?

What I'm talking about:
www.myspace.com/djsclaus

I'd like to move the main content (and NOT the navigation) to the left, to line up with the background in the layout.

I assume you want to move only the left set of tables. Try this:

Just change 100 to how much you want the tables to move.
