i have to use a super plus sometimes for tampons but other than that, super pads.

I usually get irregular periods, but lately, it's been coming on a pretty good cycle.
The flow is usually heavy for two or three days, but then it significantly dies down by the third day, and then it's just spotting for the rest of the week. |
