Blah. Our fingers are going to fall off.
When I was younger I had a nervous habit of cracking my knuckles. Sometimes I'll crack my back and hips because it feels better. Or sometimes they'll just crack on their own. My mom told me that I was going to give myself joint problems. ![]() Do you crack your knuckles or back or neck? Or some other body part? (I hate it when I'm sitting in class and someone's neck pops really loud. Ew.) |

I try my best not to crack my knuckles anymore but the only thing I have to crack is my back because I can't stand being so stiff.
![]() But yeah, it does result in joint problems because you're reducing the cartiledge (sp?) around the joint. |
