Does Anyone know how too do this picture down below id love to be able to do this one
or even on how to get little circles at the bottom like little circles that you can put pictures in ? please help !

i think you can just use the elliptical tool and select a part of an image you want to use. then just cut and paste it. but, im not really sure what you're asking, so yeah.
