So it looks fabulous in FF, but when viewed in IE7 the Extended Network banner doesn't show up, and is cut off slightly.

in the area where you're adjusting your tables, remove background-image:url(URL HERE);. the extended network banner is a table, so while firefox is reading that you want the extended network banner to have that background, IE is reading that you want all tables to have a background of "URL HERE."

as for the chopped off part, instead of using margin-top:-10px;, use position:relative; top:-10px;. what it's doing in IE is keeping the table in the same spot, but moving the margins up, which is why it gets cut off.
