so...
in one episode of tyra, she said that we should sleep in ours bras to prevent our boobs from sagging. but... i was talking with my friend about this & she told me that her mom said not to sleep in your bra because when you sleep you should be comfortable meaning you should wear clothes that are not tight on you. she also told me that sleeping in your bra causes cancer.  so what's the dilio?  right now i'm not sleeping in a bra because of what my friend said. & my aunt has breast cacner so i'm scared...

first of all tyra is an idiot about 100% of the time
ive taken alot of medical classes and believe it or not this subject comes up alot what goes up must come down so sagging is inevitable but the answer is neither! there actually is such thing as a night bra which ends up feeling like of being the equivalant to an undershirt that has a bra in it it lets u and ur boobs lol relax during the night with out completely letting gravity take over |
