so...
in one episode of tyra, she said that we should sleep in ours bras to prevent our boobs from sagging. but... i was talking with my friend about this & she told me that her mom said not to sleep in your bra because when you sleep you should be comfortable meaning you should wear clothes that are not tight on you. she also told me that sleeping in your bra causes cancer.  so what's the dilio?  right now i'm not sleeping in a bra because of what my friend said. & my aunt has breast cacner so i'm scared...

I used to sleep with my bra on but now i don't. It's too damn uncomfortable when i sleep with it.
My mom told me that sleeping with your bra on cancause cancer. Your boobs need rest, she says. So yeah, when i sleep, i sleep bra-less because i'm more comfortable that way. |
