kawaii hairstyles!, how do it get it to look like that?! Options

heyy i was wondering, i wanna cut my hair, but i'm not sure if this style would look good with my face shape. i want a kawaii type hairstyle like these

err~ the hairstyle doesn't match yer face
but if you try it ..
hairspray and comb will do :P other products work too
you should have hair with a lot short layers too..
or it wont stay up .

btw , this hairstyle is NOT scene .
it's FOB !!! there's a difference between those two .
some ulzzangs in taiwan, china, korea, japan,
thailand, vietnam have this hairstyle :]

and ppol say the hairstyle ruins yer hair.. so what ?
if that ruins yer hair, then a lot of things do =.=
doesn't dying, curling/straightning , geling/waxing yer hair ruin it too ?
