I made a DIV overlay for my myspace. Those are the only kind of layouts I use. I have had different variations of them since I first got a myspace. I never had a problem with them, even though some of them did cover the adds or didn't include a block button, as many div's on cb do.

But, this bitch started talking shit to me because her friend used to try to date my boyfriend and she is upset that he is with me. I blocked her, because I'm not trying to listen to that shit, only after replying to her letting her know that myspace fueds are for idiots and if she had something to say to me she knew my number and where I lived, that I'd even be more than happy to give her directions.

She then changed her name and status threatning to kill me because I am such a dirty whore. I reported her, because myspace is practically her life, if I took that from her I knew she would be upset. But, she got one of those "you have been reported for ......" letters and then reported me for not having a block button and not showing my ad.

You know what happened? She got to keep her profile and gets to change her name to a new slanderous thing about me every time she gets on and I lost all the coding for the layout I made. Is covering an ad worse than a death threat? I worked really hard on that layout and I can't get any of the images or coding back because I don't have the computer I made it. I am so pissed.

Is there anything I can do about this?

This doesn't belong in the Lounge, so I'm moving it to Designers' Cafe, as it wouldn't fit in MySpace Support because you're not asking for technical support.

Will be back to reply to your actual post.

Okay, that really sucks. I'd be really frustrated if that happened to me, but you did hide the MySpace ad and not include a block button. They usually aren't too strict on people who hide those, partly because there are too many user profiles for them to ever keep track of, but I think they do something about it when they get reports.

Of course the girl is more at fault here than you are, but meh, you violated the MySpace ToS, and no one behind MySpace is going to care what story you give them.

Basically, you can't do anything about it.
