I was driving into this parking building and ran into one of those yellow poles as I was going through the gate.
And now the edge of my car's got this big ole' dent. We were going to watch the new Batman and the entire time, I was just thinking about how I was going to tell my mother and couldn't really enjoy the movie. It was horrible. >< Have you ever run into something with your car then needed to tell your parents and had this sinking feeling in your gut between the time you did the damage and the time you called them? :( |

Hah, aww. That's not as bad as someone that I know who ran into the bank. He was going through the drive-up and smashed his car on the side of the buidling. I just laughed at him when he told me.
When my mom first let me drive her car (I was around 8) she told me to back it into the drive way and I ran into the pole that holds up the overhang of the roof by our step. I felt really bad, but my dad just got the hammer and pushed it back out. Looking back on it, it was funny. But at the time I was scared. |
