basically, this past year i gained A LOT of weight..like 20 pounds. since then, i've been exercising and trying to eat healthier and stuff and have lost most of it. i still haven't gotten back to my original weight, which was 100. last week ago i was at 105 and happy with my body. then the weekend came, and i gained like, 2-3 pounds? and that made me feel really gross and fat. i'm short, so even two pounds makes a difference on my stomach. but the last few days, i feel a lot skinner than i did at 107. like my stomach is really flat and everything. but i'm 110 now!
i;m just trying to find an eplanation? |

How you "feel" is an ambiguous factor. You can feel sluggish from eating, lack of sleep, or placebo. You're not going to feel a difference from three pounds in itself.

You're not going to feel a difference from three pounds in itself I can feel a difference when I put on a few pounds. But it's cause I still weigh in the 2-digit scale. ![]() pink.x.rose - You probably gained muscle in your abs area. Anyway, make sure when you're exercising, you're targeting areas that you want to tone. Don't just stick to one specific exercise. :] It's better to mix them up. |
