i'm not completely rejecting him, it's just that he asked me to be his girlfriend and i do like him, i just feel like i don't deserve him because he's too sweet to me and i could never return that the way he does to me. i have some self esteem problems..but anyway, how does this sound:
i like you, i just don't want to put labels on things just yet. i'm going through some personal issues right now, and i feel like i've already told you too much, and i don't want you to have to deal with the shit i'm dealing with. is it too mean? it's 100% true, so i'm not exaggerating or lying to him. |

Alright, guys, cut the chitchat and please get back on topic.
 Is your reason for not going out with him because he treats you TOO good and you don't deserve it? Or is it because you have issues going on right now too? Because then you would just be telling him a completely different story of whats really going on. I mean, you know, if you're not ready for a relationship, then no one can force you to. |
