Hi - I'm sure this is really simple, but I can't seem to figure it out. Does anyone know how to achieve this antique-like look?

For the scratchy stuff, I find that finding a scratch type texture, giving it its own layer and setting that layer to "screen" works pretty well.
There are several ways to get an antique feel. |
