basically, this past year i gained A LOT of weight..like 20 pounds. since then, i've been exercising and trying to eat healthier and stuff and have lost most of it. i still haven't gotten back to my original weight, which was 100. last week ago i was at 105 and happy with my body. then the weekend came, and i gained like, 2-3 pounds? and that made me feel really gross and fat. i'm short, so even two pounds makes a difference on my stomach. but the last few days, i feel a lot skinner than i did at 107. like my stomach is really flat and everything. but i'm 110 now!
i;m just trying to find an eplanation? |

Water weight? Just because you're working out doesn't mean you'll gain weight. Most women don't. My weight flucuates a lot, but as long as it's only about 2-3 pounds difference, it isn't something that I fret about. Maybe you shouldn't base so much about how you feel on the number of the scale. Even if you aren't as small as you once were, if you feel good and look good, then 3 pounds shouldn't matter.
