basically, this past year i gained A LOT of weight..like 20 pounds. since then, i've been exercising and trying to eat healthier and stuff and have lost most of it. i still haven't gotten back to my original weight, which was 100. last week ago i was at 105 and happy with my body. then the weekend came, and i gained like, 2-3 pounds? and that made me feel really gross and fat. i'm short, so even two pounds makes a difference on my stomach. but the last few days, i feel a lot skinner than i did at 107. like my stomach is really flat and everything. but i'm 110 now!
i;m just trying to find an eplanation? |

Did you have a big meal lately? Usually when I eat a lot, I gain anywhere from 1-3 pounds in a matter of hours, but the next morning it changes again. You should weigh yourself at the same time every day, rather than doing it erratically.
Although, you should never let the weight that your scale shows you affect how you feel about yourself. Weight alone does not tell you how your body is changing. I think the most accurate and convenient thing to look at is how your clothes are fitting you, compared to how they did before. |
